THANK YOU...to everyone who registered their children for the upcoming 2010 Spring season!  What can you expect next? 

ROOKIE, MINORS and MAJORS Players:  Tentative evaluation dates are set as follow: 

Saturday, March 6th:  MAJORS - AIC GYM (Time TBA)

Saturday, March 13th:  MINORS - AIC GYM (Time TBA)

Sunday, March 14th:  ROOKIE - Immaculate Conception Academy Gym (Time TBA)  

T-Ballers:  No evaluations are necessary!  Parents can expect a call from your son/daughter's coach sometime in mid to late March!   

All Players:  Get your bats, balls and gloves ready!  It's almost time to "PLAY BALL"! 

IMPORTANT - REGISTRATION FOR THE 2010 SPRING SEASON HAS ENDED.  ANY REGISTRATION FORMS RECEIVED AFTER 1/31/10 ARE SUBJECT TO A $30.00 PER PLAYER LATE CHARGE.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!  OPENING DAY IS SATURDAY, APRIL 10TH!  Field Clean Up Days are Saturday, March 20th and 27th!  Mandatory Coaches Meetings before each Clean Up Day!   

 

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED, COMMITTEES ARE FORMING!We need folks to help with the following:

  • OPENING DAY CEREMONIES
  • SPONSORSHIPS
  • UNIFORMS
  • FIELD MAINTENANCE
  • DIVISION COMMISSIONERS

If you are interested in volunteering for any of the above committees, please email Camille Hayes at cmon7@ptd.net.  Please consider helping us make the season terrific for the kids! 

 

NEXT GENERAL MEETING:  Tuesday, March 16th, 7:00 PM - AIC Cafeteria!  Softball Meeting prior to the general meeting - 6:30 PM.
